hi vivienne,

was'nt friday just amazing.i never expected it to be that interesting.

when i left school i had no idea about this volvo boat race but now im more interested to find out more.how could those guys survive like that makes me think how much they really love their sport and how passionate they are about it.why can't we be more like that about somethings.its amazing how these boats become relied on by these men who leave their families behind.i hope they fixed that mast and could have a better leg of the race.i bet with a little bit of pray, love and some four leave clovers they are sure to win and all my luck goes to them.

i wo uld've really liked to try some traditional irish food but unfortunatly duty called.i hope you enjoyed yourself as much as i did and you should come around for a real visit so that we can give you some real south afrcan food that could explore every taste bud of yours.

hope to see you soon

hi vivienne

friday was very interesting... we really did enjoyed ourselves and we really learnt alot .

i don't think i will be able to survive on a yaucht for nine months without NORMAL FOOD and no washing but before we heard all t hat i really thought that it was interesting and fun for them who works so hard on and off the yaucht .

some of the very interesting things was what the yaucht was made of and how big and how high the the boat is. i was suprised to here that there was no prize money involved but when i heard they were only doing it because it is an honour to be part of the race was only then able to see they are really passionate about racing so i hope they do well in the other legs of the race

unfortunately we were not able to have some of your traditional food but we are looking foward to having some another time

good luck
